Christiane Herskowitz grew up in Germany, where she graduated from the Physical Therapy program in Munich. 30+ years of experience , with 25 years of being a cranio sacral therapist, focusing for the last 10 years on Trauma work through Cranio sacral therapy, somato emotional work, Heart centered therapy, a therapeutic dialogue technique, somatic experiencing work. Allowing her to deeper understanding of the complexity of trauma, overwhelm and freeze responds, and nervous system dysregulation. Blending the pillars of our biology, structural patterns, emotional, spiritual modalities, listening to the intention of the patient and their inner wisdom for guidance and witnessing, empowering self healing. Christinane enjoys, the outdoors especially in the waters of Vermont , dancing yoga, and has two gown boys in their twenties, who are out in the world exploring their own journey.
