"As adults, because we’ve experienced pain, a lot of what we go through in life is pain avoidance rather than truly living," Ruchika Lal, the Founder & CEO of Winked!, an app that aims to make adulting joyful, joins Chelsea 8 minutes in to advocate for embracing our inner child, and with that our whole range of emotions, picking up the lesson and dropping the story, the opportunity in outgrowing ourselves, surrendering to helplessness rather than shunning it, and why the road to warriorhood is paved with feeling it all and letting transitions fill us with wonder.
