In the season finale episode, Grizel talks with Alex, the co-host for Season 4, about the upcoming changes for Underneath It All. After leaving the CDT early, Grizel went through a major growth period and started learning more about contentment and making healthier, more authentic choices. Long story short, this leads us to the Enneagram! It’s a framework of personality types, but more than that, it’s a tool for growth.
