Grief shows up for us all in many ways throughout life. I've been walking a path of grief myself lately, and I was inspired to create this meditation.
We use a visualization to allow ourselves to sit in the place of uncertainty and loss, processing the grief. We also allow ourselves to hold the energy of a new, unanticipated future.
