It was delightful to host this interview with Dr. Romie Mushtaq! As with many of us in the health and wellness space, we became passionate about our work for a reason, and Dr. Romie is no different. Dr. Romie shared the meaning behind the creation of The Busy Brain Cure, her latest work, which complements the many resources she created to make mindfulness much more accessible to all of us.

Dr. Romie is a board-certified physician with over two decades of leadership experience in neurology, integrative medicine, and mindfulness. She is an award-winning speaker working with Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, & global associations. Her brainSHIFT programs improve mental well-being and help build a wellness culture. Dr. Romie serves as Chief Wellness Officer for Evolution Hospitality, where she scaled a mindfulness & wellness program to over 7000 employees. Her expertise is featured in the national media, such as NPR, NBC, TED talks, and Forbes. Her first book, "The Busy Brain Cure," will be published by Harper Collins in January 2024.
