In a podcast interview with Caroline Farberger. 🎙️

In this episode of my podcast she talks to me about what »inclusive leadership« means to her, what it means to speak up as a woman compare to being a man and why it is important to be aware of our own privileges.

Caroline gives us a brief overview on her life after her decision to live on as Caroline and she explains how to keep ones territory in a meeting full of men.

We then discussed how to encourage diverse perspectives and experiences to be actively considered in decision-making processes on a international scale.

Caroline is a Board Executive of several leading financial institutions and active Investor in the PE and VC arena. She is a former CEO of a prominent insurer.

Caroline also serves as a G7 Advisor on gender equality and as keynote speaker and executive team coach, she helps organizations to unlock their full potential through understanding the value of inclusive leadership.

She shares remarkable insights on inclusion based on her exclusive personal story having been a corporate CEO both as a man and a woman.
