Movement, the ability to crawl and walk and reach and play, is a highly complicated neurological program that our brains (our computers) have to run. It takes lots of bodily resources and physiological capital (neurotransmitters, ATP, neurons and glial). Dr.Fred Clary introduces the concept that your movement can be used to assess your physical state, your strengths and your weaknesses. If you cannot get out of your chair correctly how are you going to fight off a cold, be a balanced parent or undertake a personal relationship correctly. Movement takes priority before most functions as a human being, and if its jacked, everything else suffers no matter how seemly far removed the function.
