Sometimes when we are doing the inner work we can get in the trap of feeling like we are broken, or need to be fixed ... we become our own DIY project. This can be detrimental as it comes from the energy of lack and from a core belief that we are at our core not enough, which can keep us cycling in a negative place. We discuss this and the healing journey from a healthy energetic place in this episode.
