We often associate our ego with more negative, judgmental attitudes that tend to take us down rather than help make us feel strong. In this discussion we look at what I like to call the upgraded aspects of our Ego, the one that (I learned from this episode) allows us to stand in our power and own our strengths. I personally got so much from this episode as I do most!
