Did you know that our brain experiences 70,000–80,000 thoughts every day? And most of them are negative.

While we may not be able to control our thoughts, we can control our focus and perspective. The more positive thoughts we have in our mind, the slower we age.

Physician, author, and TEDX speaker Dr. Kien Vuu shares this and a lot more in this week’s episode of Living with Sunny podcast. I learnt about the seven biogenetic elements that are in constant communication with our DNA — sleep, nutrition, movement, stress and emotional mastery, our mindset, sense of purpose, and relationships. A better hold on these elements means a longer and better quality of life for us.
