We say Yes to things and don't realise how long it takes or we pay for something which will cost money but will give us the time back. In life majority of things will cost you Time or Money and sometimes it will be both but when you step back to make decisions and then conclude which one you are willing to give up then you make more conscious and contented decisions. Whilst she ran the nursery and had two small children of her own she retrained as a counsellor before embarking on counselling full time. Stephanie is now a Director at Lighthouse43 in Folkestone Kent, a busy counselling practice where she works with two teams of counsellors, a team of qualified counsellors and a team of trainee counsellors in placement. Stephanie works with a variety of clients including children, young people, adults, couples and Families. As a burnt out mental health worker Amanda's tipping point was the near death experience which turned everything around and allowed her to focus on herself, her family and her mental load.
