--Alito's snub to the Senate when he was invited to meet with the Senate Judicial Committee. He stated that although the Supreme Court could check the powers of the other two branches of government, the Court could not be checked. THIS IS INCORRECT.

-- the latest storms in Texas and the Southwest, a result of climate change, despite the denialism practiced by Abbott and DeSantis, among others.

– the plight of low wage voters, and how their power is continually eroded. In NH, citizenship proofs are being proposed by the Republican state politicians, and have been sent to the governor.
