2023 was a year of challenge and reflection. Offering some insights into things I probably should do more of. Over the festive period I reflected on the past 12 months, and come up with a list of 5 life lessons that I am still trying to work towards. They’re harsh, they’re honest, but most importantly, they’re real. Today we will talk about one New Year’s resolution I’ve made, and thinking of how people care about what you do can actually have the reverse effect on your goals.
