Steve Clemetson is the creator of the YouTube channel and website, Serious Keto. Despite the “serious” moniker, Steve is very pragmatic about the ketogenic lifestyle, encouraging people to find the place that works best for them along the continuum from “dirty, lazy keto” to “carnivore”. Steve has translated his passion for cooking into helping people realize that keto need not feel restrictive and that it is absolutely sustainable. By living a ketogenic lifestyle, Steve lost over 75 lbs, got off of multiple medications, has rid his body of inflammation, and feels better at 55 years old than he has since college.
