You know melatonin as the sleep hormone but it does so very much more than that. In this episode I’ll cover the many actions of melatonin because it’s a very interesting hormone and antioxidant. While it’s so powerful and has clear benefits and a great safety profile, should everyone run out and grab a bottle?
