Miller received a Golden Globe nomination for her role in “Carlito’s Way” and was part of the cast of “The Artist,” which won five Academy Awards. She has worked with all three Godfathers: Marlon Brando in “The Freshman”; Robert De Niro in Penny Marshall’s “Awakenings”; and Al Pacino in director Brian de Palma’s “Carlito’s Way”, for which she received a Golden Globe nomination.
