Today Jan is joined again by Erika Shershun, MA, LMFT. In part two of this episode Jan and Erika discuss the symptoms of trauma and how it can manifest in different ways for each individual. Erika emphasizes the importance of including the body in the healing process and recommends various body-based trauma therapies.
