84. Last Words Before Thanksgiving.

Let me be the voice in your head this Thanksgiving.
💭You do not have to restrict food, even if you’re in prep.
Just set your intentions, have boundaries & do what you say you’re going to do.
💭One meal &/or one day will not undo months of progress.
Even if you lose a little control of your mind.
💭Stay aware of how you feel; physically, mentally & emotionally.
Then honor those feelings with self respect so you do not lose control of your mind.
💭Don’t ask others about their food/drink choices because you don’t like people asking about yours.
💭The sentences below are 100% acceptable.
“I’m full.”
“I’m not hungry right now.”
“I’ll make my plate when I’m ready to eat.”
“No thank you.”
“I’m just eating what I want to eat.”
“I can eat that, I’m choosing not to.”
You do not need to add words to these sentences. They all end in a period.
If you need to say them more than once, end them with an exclamation mark ‼️
