The first agreement is "BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD."
What is an agreement? Do you even know that you have made agreements in your life that are causing you to SUFFER, to FAIL, to be SELF-LOATHING, and JUDGE YOURSELF as ugly, fat, wrong, and bad?
This is my understanding of the agreements...REASONING AND RATIONALE I ACCEPTED AND ADOPTED IN MY PAST...THAT I LIVED BY IN MY PRESENT LIFE/REALITY...AND SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE IN MY WORLD...
It starts in all of us as a child...we are sponges for information to learn how to assimilate into the world. I didn't know I was Black and that it was WRONG and BAD and WORSE OFF because I am aWOMAN that I was NOT going to be as smart, as pretty, AND suffer with horrible hair. My plight in LIFE was going to be "10" times harder. I know what you are thinking, but that was MY TRUTH, my condition...MY AGREEMENTS I accepted as a child that continued through adulthood. Those agreements were backed up by society with TV shows like, "The Jefferson's"...who were "MOVING ON UP!"
What agreements have you made about yourself, your culture, what you consider to be ugly or beautiful? Have your agreements changed or are you pretty much the same and, this is why you are unable to transform yourself, attain your goals, or just simply be happy?
Consider this.....BEFORE YOU SPEAK, ANSWER A QUESTION, and REPLY ON SOCIAL MEDIA...ASK YOURSELF...IS IT KIND? IS IT HONEST? IS IT NECESSARY? If you can't answer "YES" to at least "2" of those questions, then you have NOTHING to say. Being "impeccable" with your word is speaking to the Universe and into the world which creates your reality and how others treat you and manage your life.
WORDS CREATE REALITY...Your reality is what you are and what you become!
This is a BIG one to understand and it is so REAL and LIFE CHANGING. This is as INSTANT transformation as it gets! You will discover how much you hurt others and hurt yourself.
