Sean interviews comics writer Scott Snyder, who is known for his work on Batman, Swamp Thing, Nocterra, Barnstormers, and more. Sean asks Scott a round of This Or That questions, and they talk about Scott’s early days in the comics industry and some of the challenges that he faced.

They also touch on Scott’s deep love for Elvis Presley, their views on religion and spirituality, his days as a Disney World cast member, and what comic books they and the listeners of the show are reading.

ABOUT THE GUEST

Scott Snyder has written comics for both DC and Marvel, including the bestselling series AMERICAN VAMPIRE, BATMAN and SWAMP THING, and is the author of the story collection Voodoo Heart (The Dial Press). He taught writing at Sarah Lawrence College, NYC and Columbia University. He lives on Long Island with his wife Jeanie, and his three sons. He is a dedicated and un-ironic fan of Elvis Presley.
