I share about Arlo working full days away from home and how that is shifting things for Sunny and I, I speak about how amazing Mum's are and remind you to tell your Mum/Dad friends that they're doing an amazing job! I chat about being happy NOW and enjoying life NOW and touch on the obsession our society has on improving and fixing themselves and how we all need a break from it.
