In this episode, Dr. Lindsey shares her experience in taking Dr. Alyssa’s course called Thriving Foundations. Dr. Lindsey shares how she started to introduce solids to her baby girl around 7.5 months and how the Thriving Foundations course gave her confidence. Dr. Alyssa, the pharmacist, shifted and listened to God’s calling to create a course while raising 3 boys of her own. She wanted something straight to the point and digestible as far as information goes for introducing solids to your little one.
