To lead meaningful and effective lives, we need to make sense of truths that appear to contradict each other, and that’s what this 6-part series of podcasts is all about. Each episode in the series seeks to improve our relationship and life skills by helping us find “the middle way,” or the balance between two truths that appear contradictory but actually aren’t.

So, in this episode, Roy discusses THINKING and FEELING. Separately, they are both true—thoughts are important, but so are emotions—but together they seem contradictory, or at least it looks that way. But listen in and you will learn the critical life skill of finding the balance between the two.
