Welcoming to our show for the very first time is Ben Spaloss..Jamie found him on tiktok and well, lets just say the rest is history..
In beginning of the episode it may sound like you missed out on a bunch but, in reality we recorded for about 4 hours one saturday and we wanted to start with Ben introducing himself so I promise you have not missed out on anything!
Ben speaks about his ADHD diagnosis and the support he received from his family along with how he overcame his difficulties in school and flipped them to become strength later on in life.
