Your hormones are powerful.

They affect your behaviors, and even the outcomes in your life, more than you might think.

Your eating and your body are prime examples of your hormones at work. We think we have absolute control over what, when, and how much we eat, and the way our bodies look, but our experiences have shown us that is not the case.
