Audio Learning comes from hearing and doing the Word. There is no better way than to hear and do that, than on the way to work. Hi, everyone, it's Richard Arnold Beattie and for years I have been riding the aisle of commutation by standing and holding on to the center pole between the secular and the sacred.

Then I began to explore the inward waiting room just before my stop and starting my workday. For me, I hear His Word, and images flow through my Soul. I learn from what He has portioned to me.

The images from the sound of His voice "ring in my ears and resound through my thoughts, what I have done, what I still need to do, and the strength to communicate that. And then, the ultimate audio/visual plays on the screen of my mind. "Be Thou my Vision." As the door opens to that station, I shuffle with the crowd, eager to get to work. I see, the sacred and the secular, on the platform. They are all heading to work. Some are confident, others annoyed, and some look hesitant to face their work. What if, all those people learned what we know. I've missed my connection before. I've been late because of it. However, at this stage of my journey, I've learned to listen, learn and live in the waiting room. I've listened to Hope, I've heard and felt at Peace, I have found Joy in the collaboration and I have love for my co-laborers. And then suddenly, God creates this Advent of Media in Ministry and Leadership. My mission is to communicate what God will complete in us, if we learn to listen. If we learn to be proactive and walk together as Soul-workers.
