Everyone who has been successful has had to EMBRACE THE SUCK along the way. When we know that we can get through, we gain confidence that we will be successful at some point in the future.
You know what they say - you don't learn as much when you are winning all the time - it's when you are losing that you gain the most insight. We ALL lose MOST of the time, so use those experiences to learn about yourself and then test new ways to push yourself. Accept the challenge to make it better.
Use the adversity of your situation to make yourself better this time and all the times after. Get that MIDLIFE body moving!
