In this episode, I'm sharing how to get back on track once you've fallen off the wagon with your food abuse journey. This is one of THE most requested topics so far and as I was walking through this past week in my own journey, I FELT LIKE THIS TOPIC WAS IT. I know this is something I need to hear at least monthly to remind myself of the direction I want to head for my own journey. We address what this looks like in the Mental/Emotional, Physical, & Spiritual space because emotional eating can work it's way into all of those areas.
