Do any of these sound familiar? These are some of the verses to the tune that has been playing in my head for as long as I can remember. There are times when I am able to ignore it and other times I feel like I am a helpless victim to this song stuck on repeat.
The pressure to perform and produce (hustle mindset) has wreaked havoc on my relationships and has taken a toll on my emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Tune in as I share:
