Have you ever had these thoughts?

"If I can only lose weight, I know I will feel healthy again.... I will get my energy back and be able to sleep through the night."

This is a common sentiment I hear from my clients.

But is it actually true? Is it as simple as this? Will losing weight actually make you healthier?

Let’s find out in today’s episode, and I’ll explain how you can achieve both very simply!

Many women, especially those in perimenopause and menopause, struggle with fatigue, bloating, and other symptoms like brain fog and constipation. They often think that losing weight fast will solve these issues.

However, true health involves more than just the number on the scale. In this episode, we dive into the complex relationship between weight loss and health.

If you’ve ever thought that losing weight is the magic key to health, or if you’re struggling with low energy and cravings despite being thin, this episode is for you.

There’s a point in our life when health and weight loss become significant interests, and that’s what I want to share today.

I see it as four categories:

  1. Heavy and Exhausted Midlifer: Slow metabolism, low energy, tired, sleep issues, bloated, emotional eater.
  2. Healthy but Heavy: Feels good, but can’t shed the weight.
  3. Hustle Midlifer: Skinny but not healthy, hustling to stay thin, undereating, overexercising, food-obsessed.
  4. Fierce Femme: Lean and healthy, metabolism doing the heavy lifting, food freedom, balanced hormones, healthy mindset towards food.

How do we get to the fourth category, becoming a fierce femme?

That's what we'll cover on this episode.

Bottom line: You choose your category—you don’t have to stick to one. You can feel and look better after 40 than in your 20s!
