Sometimes you need to energize your body, mind and spirit quickly. Here’s a unique 10 minute tune-up session to activate energy, clarity and strength. We’ll be focusing on increasing elasticity in the body to release trapped life force and get things flowing again. And when your energy’s flowing, your life gets going!

When you experience physical, emotional or mental stress, there’s always a tightening in your body. Sometimes this resolves after the stress passes, but sometimes it doesn’t. Layers of unresolved compression build up over time. Tissues and joints become rigid and lose their elastic quality. Fatigue, weakness, irritability and depression become more common because the body energy is locked up and unavailable.

By encouraging elasticity deep in the body, stress matrixes soften. Energy that has been trapped is released and moves back into circulation. Because of this, you can often generate more flexibility and strength with the following process than you can using more traditional methods of exercise. You will feel more springy, more resilient and more alive. And by the way, the simple method to increase elasticity in your body that you’ll learn in this episode can be applied to any type of stretching or workout that you already do.
