127. Dakota Access Pipeline is Ordered to Shut Down and Climate Change Case Against Fossil Fuel Companies is Back in State Court

This week The Shale Law Podcast covers a new development regarding the Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit 12 for pipeline approvals, the ordered shut down of the Dakota Access Pipeline, an order granting approval for Jordan Cove Energy Project L.P. to export LNG from its Coos Bay terminal in Oregon, a ruling from the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit that state court was the proper forum of a "global warming" related case, and the cancellation of the Atlantic Coast Pipeline as a result of litigation challenges and uncertainty over NWP 12 permit approvals.
