Welcome the Healthy Habits Mum Podcast. My name is Dani Seadon and I am your host and a Healthy Habits Coach who helps burnt out, fatigued and unfulfilled Mums to create simple, easy and fun healthy habits that take their lives from just surviving to thriving. Thank you for taking the time to listen and come on this journey with me. I am so grateful to have you here.

This podcast is an authentic space for me to share my journey and heart with you. And to give you the tools that you need to become the greatest version of yourself. Episodes will be posted every week on a Monday with a hybrid method of podcasting (a mix of solo and interview style). I will not only be sharing my heart with you but I will also be inviting some incredible people to come and add value with me.

This Podcast episode is an overview of my magic daily practice. My Magic Practice is a technique that I have created that helps busy, overwhelmed and unfulfilled people to have a consistent daily practice that helps them to reclaim their power and level up their life. For the last 7 years I have been on a growth journey and I have tried a lot of different methods. I have spent a lot of time and money researching what the most successful people in the world do and I have pulled all of this together to create a simple and easy practice that can be completed in less that 15 minutes of a morning and 7 minutes of an evening as you drift off to sleep. With consistent effort this practice will transform all of the important areas of your life. This practice is made up of 5 simple steps to align your energy for abundance and success. Meditation, affirmations, gratitude, intention setting and creating your vision for the future. I will spend the next 5 weeks talking into each of these tools further.

My call to action from this episode is to try a morning routine every day for a week. Even if you just start with 1 of the 5 steps and build from there. And then watch how it starts to change your life.
