Today, we celebrate the new Summerlong Supper Club with founder/director Vinay Gupta, and forecast food trends to look for in 2021 with Food Network Magazine's founding editor in chief Maile Carpenter. Then, we're delighted to present a full-length biographical interview with Terrance Brennan--formerly of the influential NYC restaurants Picholine and Artisanal--who joins Andrew to talk about his life and career in a conversation recorded pre-pandemic.
