Tales She Told Me

This episode is actually a follow-up to a previous one I did – my episode on clarity. After running that episode, a friend reached out and said “But how? How do you get clarity?” I share techniques I've gathered from hours of delving deep into topics like this. Full disclaimer – none of these techniques are my own. But I have tested them and found that they have worked for me. So, maybe, they will work for you too. Of course, feel free to pick and choose what you want to do. Just make sure you’re not copping out of an exercise cause it feels too hard. One of the key parts to this process is being honest with yourself, no matter what comes up.
