Today, I'm sharing one of my most popular episodes from last year, where I offer some practical tips on how to get unstuck from the pendulum swing cycle of overeating, to not eating enough. I want to help you stop this pendulum swing, and give you some grace-filled guidance on what you can do differently this holiday season to find more of a healthy balance this time of year.

I'm going to walk you through three simple steps to set the tone for a more intentional and values based empowered eating approach over the next couple of weeks. This values based, and faith-led health goal approach, is something you can carry with you no matter what season of life you find yourself walking through.
