Have you heard of the Stages of Change? We all desire habut change at some point in our lives. Change does help us continue to GROW, when it is personal and aligned with our unique selves.
It also requires knowing where you are in the stages of change.
This episode is for you if:
You are wondering why you can't change a habit.
You bounce back and forth between changing what you eat or how you exercise, only to go back to your old way of doing things.
You tell yourself you need to “get it together” and “get more willpower”. NO.
You feel bad about yourself when you don't change.
You feel STUCK trying to change.
Many of you are contemplating your health and your goals, for the coming year, in the form of a New Year's Resolution. 80% of New Year’s Resolutions are bound to fail.
