Kajla, a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) explosive detection canine who works at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Hawaii, and her handler, Penny, along with Lorie Dankers, TSA Spokesperson, joined Marcie and Lovey to talk about Kajla being crowned TSA’s Cutest Canine.
Not only is she cute, but Kajla ranked first in the nation among TSA Passenger Screening Canines for highest daily average time worked, time spent training and screening in the security checkpoint. Penny talks about how she and Kajla work together every day to screen passengers, vehicles and baggage in and around the airport. And, Lorie gives us the scoop about this year’s TSA Cutest Canine Contest and what we can look forward to in next year’s spirited K9 competition!
