Dr. Jim Lavalle joins well said this week - an internationally recognized clinical pharmacist, author, board certified clinical nutritionist, and expert and educator in integrative and precision health. Bottom line... He is a smart guy!
But what the heck is metabolic code? Why do I feel like I have brain fog? Why do we need to sleep more & energy-drink LESS? Why do we need to change the way we train as we age? How can we work WITH our hormones and improve our health? How do we prioritize all the information that is out there? Jim clarifies the HOW on all of this + optimizing our health, living longer, and what we SHOULD be focusing on in a world full of misinformation. I was able to get my bloodwork done with MIORA & I learned so much about my metabolic code - Why I should focus on this NOW so that I can live better later on.
Can pushing too hard in a workout & recovery so much less can actually AGE YOU. I was about to take away TANGIBLE change in my lifestyle so that I can FEEL better and do better for my body - for the long run. I hope you love this episode & learn a few things to help your body feel BETTER. <3
