IN THIS EPISODE: In 1907, after being out for twenty-four hours, the jury in the Harry Thaw murder case announced that they had been unable to reach a verdict in what had become known as the “crime of the century.” (The Girl In The Red Velvet Swing) *** Beneath the streets of Edinburgh, Scotland the dead reside… and are active. (The Frightening Edinburgh Vaults of the Dead) *** A young couple experiences what can only be described as being hit by a tornado – except there is no evidence! (Ghost Tornado) *** A writer begins looking for a story in the disappearance of a man in Silver Plume, Colorado… and ends up disappearing himself. (The Bizarre Disappearance of Keith Reinhard) *** Could what we experience as the supernatural and paranormal, actually be something seeping through from a different plane of existence? (Paranormal Experiences Come From Another Dimension) *** On a November day in 1941, two innocuous ads appeared in “The New Yorker” magazine for a dice game called simply “The Deadly Double.” But what started as innocent advertisements, became an ever-increasing mystery in a time of war. (Mystery of the Deadly Double Dice) *** The story of a family, murdered in southern Illinois was considered too brutal and gruesome to be reported on daytime TV. (The Chilling, Unsolved Dardeen Family Murders) *** The ghost of a well-known impresario and a host of hauntings mean that Cromer Pier is a magnet for paranormal investigators – those spirits do love to be beside the seaside. (The Strange Haunting of the Pavilion Theatre on Cromer Pier)
