Joined by four of their best friends aka BFFLs as they talk about the tiered approach of friendship, whether you’re in “Tier 1”, “Tier 2”, or “Tier 3”… or if you get left “On Read”…as well as the qualities of what makes a friendship last or break.

Also later in this episode, danNY + Jen give the "Death Sentence" to a word/phrase of the week which needs to be banished from usage.

In the last segment of the show, Jen takes us on a meditation journey with a "Ground Down" segment.
