Headache disorders are among the most common disorders of the nervous system. As per WHO it has been estimated that almost half of the adult population have had a headache at least once within the last year. Yet it has been underestimated, under-recognized and under-treated throughout the world.
Generally most of us tend to ignore them or prefer having a quick fix like popping a pill. The guest for my show is a renowned expert in the field of Headaches. Dr. K. Ravishankar is the consultant in charge of theHeadache and Migraine Clinic at Jaslok Hospital and Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.
