Good morning beautiful woman.
I loooove a Monday. But I know not everyone does.
The Monday Blues are a real thing. Something that I have been striving for and anchoring into over the last couple of years is PEACE. Living in peace. Feeling peace…. amidst the chaos of this beautiful and wild ride we call life.
If you find your mind and heart are constantly in a state of worry, overwhelm or anxiousness lean in. Grab a warm bevy, open your heart and show up with an open mind.

Today’s pep-talk is for you.
While I am the first to admit that I don’t have it all figured out. I do have some strategies in my toolbelt that allow me to feel more peace, stay present, reduce regret and use my mental and physical energy more effectively.
