I hope this is a Monday Pep-Talk that shows up right when you need it.

Balancing work and summer fun has it’s learning curves doesn’t it. I hope you are over there finding your stride with all that summer has in store for you and your family. We have been riding that wave too.
I had a realization (actually two) last week that I wanted to share with you.
What if you don’t need to feel overwhelmed or resentful because you don’t feel like you have enough time to get it all done.

And what if you could re-imagine how you show up in your work blocks, how you are creating space for what matters right now and expect that it doesn’t have to be hard OR take a long time. I’m a big fan of WORK SPRINTS and have experienced the benefit of them in real time.

So today’s podcast episode is a little BTS of the thoughts and actions I am taking in my own life with the hopes of bringing you more peace, so that you can go after your dreams guilt-free and still make the most of your summer with your family!
