Our Guest tonight is Keith Cooper of Blerd-ish.com who gives us his thoughts on the racist social media attacks on actress Moses Ingram who plays Inquisitor Reva in "Ob-Wan Kenobi" on Disney Plus. We discuss who these supposed "fans" are, why they continue to do it, and how Disney responded.
In Top Nerd News we cover the new "Willow" series, the Box Office numbers for Top Gun 2 "Maverick, as well as "the Batman" which appears to have made more money than "Dr. Strange". We also go over the slate of new shows and movies in store for us on Disney Plus, like She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and just announced I Am Groot.
Skungy's Pick of the Week is a card/board game called "Unmatched" by Restoration Games.
We close out the show with SPOILERS for "Obi-Wan Kenobi". In particular Dave and Skungy argue as to whether or not the fight between Vader & Obi-Wan retcons the line "When we last met I was but the Learner, and now I am the Master" from A New Hope.
