We explore how gerrymandering might limit Democratic pick ups in the House, and we discuss how Republicans targeted state legislatures in 2010 in order to draw better maps for the GOP. We attempt to answer how much of the GOP’s seat advantage is geography, and how much is gerrymandering. This episode, which is the first in a four-part series on the midterm elections, features interviews with Dave Daley, Josh Huder Tyler Law, Doug Heye, Dave Wasserman, Betsy Rader, and Rep. David Joyce.
