- Over the weekend, almost 60 cars were stolen in Oakland, CA.

There are Winners and Losers in Life
- Cornell just announced they will be reinstating standardized test scores for admissions. “Students with known scores had better academic outcomes, then the students admitted without test scores.”

Accept and Embrace
- Since 2019, there has been major staffing shortages in police departments across the country. San Francisco is down 22%, Minneapolis down 39%, Los Angeles down 12%, New Orleans down 22% and St. Louis down 27% and Chicago down 12%.

Working Hard is Not Enough
- A woman was fatally stabbed at 5 am yesterday in Los Angeles at the Metro Subway Station. “A male who was carrying two bags” as the description they gave out.

Confidence is the Key
- Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass just had her house burglarized…for the second time. She is the one who supported policies (bail reform) to cut prison population in half.
