You scream, I scream, we all scream, for ice cream! After working at Jiffy Treat since she was 14, Laura LeJeune, and her sister Danelle, purchased the Ellettsville and Bedford locations in 2019. We nerded out talking all things ice cream, from butterfat percentage, to trying to uphold such longstanding, beloved brands. Laura's passion for ice cream, and love for her staff, are very apparent from the first few minutes we sat down together.
