I need to tell you something that might sound a little radical.
The world says the goal is to get out of survival mode. I say the goal is to get strong in it.
I'm Jennifer Roskamp, and if you've been listening to this podcast for any length of time, you know I don't do fluff. I don't hand out checklists and pretend they'll change your life. And I definitely don't believe in the lie that if you just try harder, organize better, or wake up earlier, everything will magically fall into place.
Here's what I do believe: You're not broken. You're not lazy. You're not unmotivated. You're just carrying more than anyone can hold long-term, and you've been telling yourself that surviving it makes you weak.
