So in this episode I’m going to share an assignment with you that I share with countless of my coaching clients. The majority of my clients want my help with mornings - sometimes it’s getting up in the morning, sometimes it’s creating or implementing a morning routine of some kind, and sometimes it’s both of these things. And by the way, we just focus on one of these things at a time because they aare different.

So I’m going to give you the same assignment I give them - and it’s an assignment that you’ll actually like. And if you don’t already know this about me, I am not big on rules and love challenging the norm - because following things we’ve always done simply because we’ve always done them just doesn’t make any sense if they are things that aren’t actually benefitting us in some way. And so in this episode I’m challenging the conventional wisdom and giving you an assignment you’ll like all rolled into one in this juicy episode of The Intentional Midlife Mom podcast.
